Ok... My goal is 2x my body weight.

For me it was ... everything else. I had to fix my form, really working my back so my lumbar wasn't exhausted.
Also, huge intermediate tip: hamstrings. At least that worked for me - I wasn't engaging them, and with this beardy video, GHR, and Romanian deadlift work, I blew past my (pre-surgery) recovery peak.

It's probably the beard.
Or the coach.
I miss this place being active myself but at least it was, once, and I (with others) benefited tremendously. I still lift, I annoy strangers in the gym less (I hope), and ... stuff.
