Definitely. BEWARE THE SMARM. What kind of place are you working at? The smarm-factor varies according to industry.

It's a Buliding Consultancy.
If you don't know what that is: they value properties as collateral for bank loans etc. That's the basic idea anyway.
I'm working at a place where there's only one guy, so it should be fine, as smarm goes. But might be quite the bitchy. Who knows; they seemed like nice enough people at the interview.
I start Wednesday. Wish me luck.
ARGH! Back to the 9am start. Feels like Theory again. Damn.
