I hated Perfume, but that's irrelevant. I'm quite amused by the fact that Nicole Kidman is playing Mrs. Coulter in Northern Lights (though they keep calling it STUPID 'THE GOLDEN COMPASS'. why do Americans rule the world with their Sorceror's Stone crap?), as I believe that suits her true character. As she won't be acting, she may actually not fuck it up.

Yes, bloody Americans, how dumb do you have to be, seriously? How can you not understand the concept of a "PHILOSOPHER"?? Or "northern lights"? As in, lights in the northern sky? Is that so HARD!?!?!
