Theladycancook's band played at the library tonight. It was good. The violin had a buzz in it, but they got it fixed mostly, and a guitar string broke. Despite the problems the music was good. Not that I'm complaining but....
My browser is messed up so I've had to check my e-mail on-line for a while. Suddenly I've noticed that I'm not getting very much junk mail. I've got a junk/bulk mailbox on Yahoo, and it used to be filled daily with 100+ junk mail messages and at least 10 junk mail messages in my regular mail. Suddenly I'm getting maybe 5-10 a day in the bulk box ( Read more... ) -

More on the earthquake.
A building on Random314 & Monica502's street lost part of its facade from this earthquake. One station was interviewing folks at the SF con when it happened. I've looked around the house and it looks like an earthquake hit. WAIT, it looked like this yesterday! -
Tremors!
U.S.G.S. 6:37 EDT Earthquake 5.4 on the Riechter Scale. It woke us from our sleep. It lasted about half a minute. Mom's dog barked a couple of times about a minute before it hit and when it hit barked like crazy. Friends of ours from church were mentioned I think.
