it's been brought to my attention that i'm too nice sometimes. i know i'm too nice sometimes and get walked all over, but i don't realize it until after the fact. what's got this all stirred up in my mind is that someone that doesn't even know me that well brought this to my attention, my 'problem of beign too nice'. it bugs me that this 'problem'

I have the same problem. I have been told to grow a backbone and tell people to bugger off when I don't want to do something. Does that help?
