I started another journal at tarajnana a while back as a place to put my "out of the everyday life" kind of stuff. Poetry, writings, some of my dreams, quotes, pictures, etc. I only post there sporadically, and it doesn't really bother me if people look at it. I just didn't want to force anyone into it... :)

No rain. The beach was great. The campyard turned out to be an RV park with construction everywhere, though, and our little plot of land was very small in a trailer world. It was craziness. I was thinking we'd either hang out at the beach and go home or find a hotel room, but they wanted to stay and I'm glad we did. We had a fun time. We did get ( Read more... )

Will be going to Delaware Seashore tomorrow. They're calling for AM showers tomorrow and Sunday. I'm hoping it's light and it works in our favor, by scaring away some of the people but at the same time remaining pleasant enough weather-wise to have a good time.. We shall see :)

Had an okay weekend. Some good, some bad. Rented Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars and What the Bleep? Farscape - great. What the Bleep - dull. Which surprised me because I was thoroughly expecting to be bored by Farscape and enthralled by WTB. I haven't even been able to watch the whole movie yet, after starting and stopping it twice now. My job today is being stubborn. The devices are acting strangely, and it's annoying me. Before I got into the computer business, I used to think that computers were logical entities and they only did what they were told (as in programmed) to do. I stopped believing that a long time ago. I forgot to sign up for the department picnic yesterday, so I left work early instead. Went necessity shopping at Whole Foods and Eckerd. I had decided when Jenn mentioned that she stopped biting her nails that I would give it a go too. It's been pretty successful. Went to the second half of the Amber K workshop this afternoon and went out with a bunch of people for dinner. Will be going tomorrow to the ritual intensive and we will all be focusing on a "big change" that we want to bring about in our lives. I'm torn between two topics.
