While cleaning our my jeans pockets in preparation for the Great Laundry Wash of 2008, I find:
A hotel key card
and
An empty condom wrapper*
Found in anyone ELSE's jeans, this could be incriminating evidence.
For me, however, it is merely (purely innocent, dammit) par for the touring course. :)

An interesting sociological observation
So, in my online dating profile(s), I make some mention of the Muppets. I say how my favorite Muppet is Rowlf, but if I was a Muppet, I'd probably be Grover... or I ask them "Who's your favorite Muppet?"
The overwhelming answer to this from men in my general age group (28-39)??
Statler and Waldorf.

In my unpacking of practically my entire wardrobe (save for the t-shirts and jeans I've worn on tour), I've tried on quite a few items that didn't fit me back in December.
Guess what??
THEY FIT!!!!

The gorgeous burgundy evening gown that I got for the price of a Sam Adams draft from the Forum's own BV
A bikini I bought in 2000!!!

Well, I emailed the head of casting at the cruise line today, and she said that they don't have anything to offer me at the moment. But I am in the active file, and should keep her posted on my availability ( Read more... ) -
Oh, the shame...
Yesterday was a day off, and after the craziness of the past two weeks, I took a serious veg day. I slept in, went to Target, went to the hotel pool to break in the new swimsuit purchased at Target, and then sat down with the laptop and an "I Love the 80's" marathon.

Eight years later...
We're still in Florida-- West Palm Beach at the moment. What's great is that we are here for a WEEK. Playing in the SAME VENUE. That means we can just LEAVE THE SET UP IN THE THEATRE!! We don't have to break it down and load it back into the van! FOR A WHOLE WEEK!
