Ahhh, the weekend - a delicious cup of coffee is being drunk, BSG is downloading, and I have lots of lovely pics of Debbie to drool over - what a nice start to my Saturday :-)

As a side note, I know you watch X-Factor but do you also watch American Idol? One of the contestants there reminds me of Debbie. Not that she looks anything like her, but when she sings her eyes have that same happy twinkle to them

My BSG is STILL downloading and taking forever. Is yours a torrent too? I guess there are a lot of people downloading it, and also it's twice as long as normal. However, I'm twice as anxious. I just went to Tesco to get tea bags and it was absolutely manic. Took twenty minutes to get out of the car park! But I just wanted to go out and stop staring at the download! Then I came back and realised that although I'd spent £30, I'd forgotten tea bags!

I don't really watch American Idol, but thanks for the link. Yes I certainly see the similarities between her and Deb, especially in the eyes. However, I can't stand that song she's singing!

No, I don't use torrents, I downloaded from a LJ comm - still took hours, mind you... as I type this I am now converting it to then burn it, since I don't want to watch it on my computer.
Then I shall watch it with my lunch - and then re-watch it this evening with Margaret.

LOL - the times I have popped to a supermarket for something, found other things to buy and left without it!
Good grief, that's one very busy Tesco, you have!

I didn't like that song either... I do now though as I love this contestants voice, along with her 'sparky Debbie eyes' and she put a new spin on it :-)

I'm still downloading. Grrr. I don't think it's going to be done before I go out to watch the rugby. I shall have to wait til this evening. Which is just infuriating. On the other hand, I shall be prolonging to moment til it's all over, so that's ok too I suppose.

I'm going to have to go back out again after lunch, which is annoying, but not too bad because it's such a lovely day. I think Tesco was busy because the rugby is on later and everyone will want to get their shopping done before that! I think I'll just walk up the shop for tea bags.

This is a fab picspam Gem! I was going to say the Muppets ones were my favourites, but I looooove the one with Bowie too, omg to be that close to David Bowie, how she kept her lips off him I'll never know, lol!!

Thanks Se! Really enjoyed doing it this week. I'd forgotten how much I used to love Debbie Harry, but it's all coming back to me now. And I really enjoyed watching that Blondie video at our house on New Year's Eve also.
