well i am glad to know you are giving it a shot. ;) i agree with her about the meds. that they might help you but aren't the ultimate answer. but not saying good-bye is just kinda weird. but i'm glad you talked to someone. ;)

sounds like your session went alright. i hadn't thought about the attatchment issue before. the therapist who helped me most in the past sounds a lot like the one you've got now. that's probably one of the reasons she did too, because she was so blunt and well not necessarily cold, but you know. tho the not sayin goodbye is a little weird. be interesting to see if that's gonna be the norm. that always weirds me out when there's no parting words of a sort. and it's a good sign when they actually have you meet with the psych re: meds. guh. i could certainly use a dose of head shrinkage myself.

if i don't get my stones back soon, i'm prolly gonna pick up forty licks myself. all my faves and then some.
