Girl...458 cals? You're gonna be a blimp before you're 30. Take it from me - that's not even enough to feed your system. Right now - you're body is going to start HOLDING calories - and building MORE fat cells because you're body's kickin into starvation. I was a skinny gymnast all my life - got preggers ballooned - lost it all eating like this and ended up in the hospital with all of my hair falling out UNABLE to eat (because my stomach was digesting itself) - gained more weight back - lost it - gained it - lost it.....all the while thinking starving myself was the way to keep it off. I've messed up my metabolism now so bad - I'm not sure I'll ever be able to fix it. You weigh like 113? Are you KIDDING me. That makes me wanna kick your proverbial ass. WHERE do you think you're going to find some 'fat' on your body? And what the fuck difference, at 113, is that gonna make? You KNOW it's all about control...and lack thereof. But you're gonna take it out on your body....call me the matron of 'kick ass' truths - I only tell

I KNOW!!!!!!!!!! My metabolism is SCREWED. I already gain weight with ONE meal. I'm already on my way to blimpism. I don't know what else to do though.....

of course you gain weight with ONE meal (until you SHIT) - I know so many people that eat a few meals then weigh themselves and FREAK coz they've gained a pound. YEAH..food STILL weighs until it leaves your body hon. Believe me you are FARRRR away from blimpism. The fat isn't on your body - it's IN YOUR HEAD....exercise and proper eating is a good way to maintain your weight. Instead of NOT eating - try to stick to healthy foods - several small meals a day even - take a walk - You're so very young - you're not gonna screw up your metabolism just yet - but when you set your body 'clock' at 500 cals a day - then you WILL start to pack it on and NOTHING you do will stop it. So start revamping NOW - I am, by standards, suffering from 'blimpism' - and let me tell you, it's not as horrible as most people make it. YEAH...OTHER people make it. Beauty radiates from within - and I'd rather see someone fat and happy than painfully thin an miserable...WHY is being a ...blimp...considered a bad thing? Do you realize when you torture your body
