this will probably be my last "plan" post until we actually start working. i had pretty much made my mind up that i would purchase simple, cheap laminate countertops, from lowes, in white. i knew it would look decent and not cost a fortune. i am painting all cabinets white and thought a white on white kitchen would be clean and crisp!

wow! ikea really does seem to be amazing! how hard/easy was it to install everything?
they have the new one in charlotte so we will hopefully be able to visit!
