i look forward to hearing more! especially since we're on the cusp of such an endeavor ourselves. sort of. :)

i have been remiss in keeping up our email correspondence! entertaining a wiggly baby all day tends to suck a lot of creative energy and TIME in reasonable chunks.... i'm so sorry!

You are such a detailed writer with a good vocabulary! I bought a place in Virginia four years ago and I didn't even put half the thought into it that you have. You sound like you made a very well researched decision.
