Thank god, the more advanced classes are much smaller. I would like, however, to share the story that they wrote, on the grounds of it being incoherently amusing. I gave them the first sentence, and they ran away from there.
There was an old man who lived on Mt. Everest. The old man is interested in shopping. He is Santa Claus. The old man liked snow. The old man was skiing. He had big and bright eyes. Santa Claus had many friends. His friends were very kind. Sometimes they chat. They like to make friends with animals. He is a human being. He likes to eat hamburgers. Today is Christmas Day. The old man drive his deer to give gifts to children. He said, "I want to make friends with you. I would like to take you to my home to travel." He said, "Welcome to my home. I will cook some mushrooms for you." Today, the old man is very lonely. He doesn't feel happy, either. He wonders if there is something to do to relax. His granddaughter is very lovely. She is three years old. She said to her grandfather, "Merry Christmas." He was very happy. For one thing, he didn't get very angry.
