I'm back in the States, folkses, after a long absence. Stuck at home for the most part, so if you have a hankering to get in touch with me, give me a call at 571 248 6717 or email me at battlesage at gmail.

Oh, and go visit The Hypermodern. George Ding and some friends of ours are launching an online magazine of sorts! Starts on January 1st ( Read more... )

Swing by Quantico if you get a chance! I haven't finished nearly enough of the books I borrowed from you in August, dur. See you about!

I will jump upon my sturdy water buffalo and be in Quantico by mid-July, I estimate! It sucks not having any transportation. :( I'll see you for Karen's wedding, at least, right? Hey, are you going to show up in full dress kit?

Buy a six legged flying bison instead of a water buffalo? But yes, I will be at Karen's wedding! I still don't know what to wear...and I feel *really* odd saying that ( ... )

It's good to be back! Sort of. I see that my friends page never really changes... still much of the inane there! Comforting, in a way. Some things never really change...

But I'm glad to see that married life seems to agree with you!

Welcome back!
How long will you be around? Much has happened in our family. It'd be good to catch up.
We're probably going into the city on Friday to see Carbon Leaf. Interested?

Sure, that sounds great! I'd love to! We do have quite a bit to catch up on. Plus I want to get some quick advice; I started knitting a few weeks back and I figured it would be good to talk to a nationally recognized expert. ;)

So I go to the website to buy tickets and find out that the concert is actually Thursday night. Which would mean just you and me - as the husband has class that night. Still game? Or is there a better idea out there?

And knitting! I'm enthused! Yes, I'll be happy to stoke that interest!

Sure! Though I hope you can give me a ride? I'm stuck without transportation.
