okay first I get yelled at because some dumbass customer cant follow instructions... he is going to call and complain to my boss, corprate and anyone else he can find... hell he even called another local McDonald's to bitch at them about us... after that everything is going good, we are ahead.. then someone comes to the speaker and we ask if we can
