Wow. This is.. I don't even know what this is but it was beautiful and I almost started crying.
The young Tony is so much like me. Only I did it by reading. Too much, too fast, too hard books and authors and too obssessed. But instead of Tony I got quiet. I tried to fit in. I've stopped trying now but when you're small it's so hard. Your parents are kind of your whole world.

The disappointment and the not-quite-bitterness really shines through but the ending, Omg Steve I love you, the hope in the ending is brilliant and I absolutely LOVED this story. *bookmarking*
