This week is supposed to be 2000 calories per day. Then I begin 10% per week reduction.

Day 1, Oct 4:
Wasn't planning on going out to breakfast today, but my team did! UGH. I did skip baby shower cake though. First time I've denied myself cake! lol. Anyways...I estimated my breakfast to be 1005 calories. It may have been 900...not quite sure. I ( Read more... )

Whoa! Nice work. You're inspirational, so I'm going to participate with you :), starting this week. Got me a handy-dandy notebook to keep track of what I eat.

Thanks you guys. I figured I'd be embarassed more if wrote about it on here and then failed. A good motivation to stick to the plan. Plus, I always lose my papers...and I'm always on the internet. :-)

And only about 5 of you will know about this. :)
