This week's goal is 1800 calories. Based on last week, I'm thinking this will be pretty easy. Just need to make sure that in the evenings I go upstairs and escape the kitchen! Also, probably will not be allowed to drink any beer haha.

Good job! For me, it was Day 1. 1985 calories, 215.4 lbs.
