DNS Dojo: needs a little cleaning up. the general layout and design is good, but the one button on your side menue is blank, and some of the drop down text runs under the other frame and is thus obscurred.
Well, the one button is blank on purpose, this is still a work in progress, so not everything is complete. The page is designed with 1024x768 res in mind, so some stuff may look weird on 800x600 or less windows/screens. The main page that I have is just there for a placeholder, I have no idea what I want to do with it yet, so right now its just kind of a splash screen. More than anything I am using it for a portfolio right now, but eventually I plan to make it a real page...
I've seen a few pages done in flash. I was thinking that might be a neat way to go with the background image you've got. Imagine the menu buttons on the "equator" of the globe and they rotate as you motion left or right. when you click on one the 'equator' moves like it has poles on the left and right (so that the button moves up a bit) and the stuff comes down out of it.. very globe-ish. also, it would be cool if you could imbed the player into the background a bit and have that rotate in somehow as well, know what I'm saying?
as for the res, i kinda thought that might have been the case, but i could have sworn there was a way to set things up so that they detected your settings and went with the ones for what you had. true it adds a bit of code, but...
