Oh my....I thought this was the perfect ending to a difficult and bumpy ride.
I think Jared came good in the end though...ppl can change if they have the right motivation. And Jensen was motivation enough:). Ultimately I believe both Jensen and Jared had their respective issues...even if Jensen's were far more mentally and physically 'disabling'.
As it turns out Jared was Jensen's 'lucky' fateful encounter despite the dubious beginning of their 'relationship'. Jensen always knew he wanted Jared, and admitted as much. Just as Jared wanted Jensen, it was just a matter of accepting who they are regardless of the consequences.
I love how you wrote the sex scenes in this tale....they were very seductive...and I always knew Jared didn't actually rape Jensen:). Though he was a cad....lol.
Last sentence brought to mind Gone With The Wind....lol. I kinda read it the same way I hear Vivien Leigh say ..."...tomorrow, is another day".....

A lovely ending to this story, I really enjoyed it , I hope you will do a follow up story to this , as it would be great to see what happens, with Jensen and Jared..............................
hmmmm, sounds like Jared saw himself through jensen's eyes and realized he didn't like what he saw and went about fixing it. I'm glad jensen took jared's advice about getting some help. Only by accepting who he is will he ever be happy. I love the ending, jensen working towards believing he deserves a future with someone. Maybe it's jared, maybe it isn't. And okay, Jared may have redeemed himself in my eyes a little. Still wish he hadn't acted like a total git to begin with though lol!
LOL - you giving him a little bit of redemption is good enough for me :) - I'm glad you liked the ending, as I did find it difficult to bring it back from where I'd taken it and make it a little bit okay before I left them to it lol
God, this was lovely. I loved how slowly and steadily built up their relationship, how Jared went about breaking Jensen's barriers and force him to look at himself in a new way.
