Communing with nature and hanging out around the campfire with friends is great, but showers and soap rock after roughing it for 24 hours.

Wierd weather up on the Mogollon Rim.  It was warm enough for a tank top and there were patches of snow on the ground.  I have never worn shorts while making a snowman before, but the puddle had a blast.

Glad you had an interesting weekend. I don't think I could handle camping. I hated it the last time I did it and that was just in a friends backyard years and years ago lol.

Thanks! I camped a ton as a kid, and the hubby and I had gone at least once a year until last year. I think a year of hotels and cruises kinda spoiled me.
