i don't exactly remember the percentages but i just fiddled around with the color schemes in Photoshop

bleach isnt scary, im going to hair lady school, and basically anything you can buy at target will be fine, you cant purchase real bleach, just make sure you get something that is safe for your scalp, and red would be AWESOME! so would purplish red though, tough choice.
