Ooooh, they're ALL posting by the 8th? I've been missing pieces in my brain on how it's working this year, I think.

The 8th is the due date. You have all day to post your gift to the collection on AO3. Folks will be able to read their gifts, but the author will remain anonymous until January 1st when they will be revealed. When everyone has posted, I'll make a master post here, so that we can all share in the joy.

Might I suggest that if we do it this way next year, that part of the sign-up template be AO3 moniker.link to their main page? Because it would be nice to actually reference that when posting (not just in author's notes, but not everyone's LJ name and AO3 name are the same.
