Their loss dude, your new stuff sounds way fucking better than some Shania re-hash anyways. Besides if you get signed doin the outlaw shit...that could have hurt your street cred!
i have no illusions about the fact if the singer gets picked up... her label will fire everyone in the band anyway... that's how trashville works... but it was a gig for the summer and something to do besides stare at my walls...
oh well... i wrote a tune last nite... and i'll keep writting and maybe find some punks here in the `shawa to jam with or something...
or just get the fuck out of this town...
who knows... time to think though... so thats cool...
i think the only thing that pisses me off... was the fact that they said to me 4 or 5 times... we need a commitment to the band... i explained to them my idea of commitment... and how i spent 14 years between 2 bands... and how we'd lock our selves into rehearsall for (in some cases) up to 30 hours over a weekend...
but.. it free's up a few things... and lets me ponder the idea of moving on to somewhere else... since i can't find any commited musicians around here...
