Hm, so I had a nice long talk with myself (3 hours ish), and I got some stuff straightened out in my head.. I at least have some motivation now to do well in my classes, which is always good. And I know what I want my house to look like (keep in mind this is like 10 years from now when I, hopefully, will have money and a stable job and whatnot)

Rather terribly, the only comment I have to make at the current time is that your post appears to be quite lengthy and while I'm certain that it is wonderfully interesting, I'm afraid that I will be forced to admit that I have not read it as of yet. Due to the circumstances of the present days hell, my physical and mental state refuse to permit me to focus my frighteningly meager concentration upon the task at hand. Therefore, this reply shall have to suffice for the time being. Ok, finally got my mind to work enough to read. I like the house. It certainly fits you. And you better have a sweet dog, though I'm shocked you won't be getting a cat. At least the dog will take advantage of that yard. And yes, of course everyone will come and visit, why wouldn't we?
