But it's been noting more than a footnote, and 'oh, yeah, I've heard of that place,' until tonight. Tonight, when she got a call from Norman, inviting her to come meet him here. For... dinner, she assumes. Or something else. (

He is. And he has a table. He doesn't really have that many restaurant choices right now, mm? A table for two back in the corner. No kidnapping attempt, just dinner with her.

Parker finally catches sight of him. And she slips over, smiling as she settles into the seat across from him, putting her purse near her feet. "Hello, handsome. Come here often?"

"I may have to, if the company is always so lovely." Corny, and he knows it. Just look at that grin. "I'm sorry about the short notice."

She grins right back. (You think she hasn't dished out her fair share of corny? Ha.) "Flatterer. Don't worry about it?" She knows he really doesn't. But, there are all the little social niceties to deal with, at least in public. "Though you do have me wondering what you've got up your sleeve, this time."
