Life's been getting a bit routine, so I'll be making a few self-imposed challenges to spice things up with a new objective every month.
Since I'm weakest in the physical and arts department, I'll focus on those first.
For April, it'll be:

Just do not go beyond 25 reps in most days for a set of one exercise.
Are arms really important in pushups? I mean I thought the pecs play a bigger part? I amable to do a lot of push ups now because I was already bench pressing heavy? hehehe...
as for running.. it would be hard on the knees.. I suggest you should go run in inclined places (either artificial or natural) so it wont be too hard on them. You wont be running as fast but at least its not that hard in the knees and it will give you good workout.

Either I'm doing it wrong, or they are. Namamaga yun arms ko pagkatapos ng pushups.

I'm fine with the running naman to get this realistically done, so long as I split my efforts and not do too much of one exercise. :P
