So! After rescuing little George from his little crisis, I've safely returned to my assigned seat. I made a small detour before heading back (you know -- business nonsense! Nothing too exciting at all!), and I can't seem to find my carry on. Anyway. I'm trying not to think about how much I'm going to miss my boyfriend back home. Goodness, he's ( Read more... )

Oh, that's so sad! I would be totally heartbroken if I had to leave my boyfriend at home for this trip! You're so lucky he's so supportive, and I think you're being a trooper!

I totally agree with you about the plane - it's so comfortable! I can't believe all the amenities, it's unbelievable!

Pesky business nonsense.

Yes. Pesky. Pesky indeed. Too pesky for me. Hopefully I won't have to deal with it anymore until we land.

And are you drinking adequate amounts of water, Mr. Khan? Such a thing is easy to forget in fun times like these. Water; not alcohol. You have this tendency to look a little dry and ashy.

That's the unfortunate thing about business nonsense, Parker - it can pop up at any time. Gotta be ever-vigilant.

I'm not ashy. I have a smooth mocha complexion.

I've been trying to put an end to the nonsense, though, you know? The nonsense. Yes. That nonsense. The business nonsense. It's not ... particularly beneficial, as it were. I've got a lot of knowledge in that area already. I don't need anymore practice.

You're a bit chapped. Maybe you should start wearing suntan lotion? Anyone's skin can be sensitive to the elements -- doesn't matter how mocha-complected you are. I'll get you some.

It wouldn't be good if we have to pee and all of the doors become stuck like Julian said.

Hasn't anyone helped him out of there yet? Shoot. I might have to get up yet again. I hope he's not claustrophobic.

How has the flight been for you so far, Naoki?

When you're done you should come visit me because I don't think the woman next to me likes me very much.

Poppycock! Why wouldn't she like you, Naoki?

If I become dehydrated will you come and nurse me?

Well.

You shouldn't run into that problem if you drink a lot of water!

I'll be drinking a lot, but not water. I've an empty lap if you'd like to join me for some more refined options.

I happen to have a loving boyfriend back at home, buster! You can read, can't you?

No. No. You should be drinking water. And, you see, I'm a little busy right now. You know. Important work stuff.

Thank you for your valiant and successful rescue attempt, Elliot! I'd ask if I could get you a drink, but since they seem to be complimentary and therefore free, that wouldn't make much sense. Is there anything else you might need for now? I guess I could help you find your carry-on if no one else had been able to find it yet.
