Got to the clinic today. not very helpful overall. Got a referral however. Which is a step in the right direction. More thinking that what went on this summer was due to stress mainly. Heartburn hasn't happened in a while, which is nice. Spleen pain is usually only when hunched over for long periods of time. Beginning to molt a bit with the season

There's a theory that we're both sick now due to withdrawals from each other. I can't decide my thoughts on it yet, besides that its been way too long.....
