We closed on Friday and went up to see the new place today. We removed a wall while we were there, which was surprisingly easy and fun. Blake and I work well together. He finishes my thoughts. "Do we have a..." "...piece of cardboard?" "Exactly." He did the same thing on a wiring issue. It's nice

We'd love to host weekend get-togethers... assuming we can get people to drive out to bumblefuck!

The in-town house goes on the market next week. Still doing some cleanup and painting.
