One time pad.
You and your friend share the pad, plaintext is XOR'd w/said pad. You and friend also share the secret keyphrase which is fed to the hash algorythm which determines which parts of the pad are used.
For added security, an hourly text message could be sent to your blackberry, if you don't respond to this message your computer would automatically erase, then "scrub" the OTP off of your hard drive. The interval between the messages could be adjusted to accommodate such things as sleep, and work...
Further details regarding this un-crackable cyrpto application are locked away in my not-uncrackable head...
