Fuck indeed. That's just bullshit. It had better not be in ANY way disappointing when it DOES finally come out.

Oh well, in the mean time we can always look forward to the "few dozen" Sims-expansions, which are undoubtedly lined up for release... -_-;

But I want Spore, jeez!
Why can companies crank out tons of crap games like football and shooters but not a single good one! Damn them all!

It surprises me none of the high-moguls have had the "bright" idea yet to come up with a football/shooter-hybrid game. That'd sell bazillions! :D

Throw in some generic GTA-copying freeform and a dose of Tony Hawk-skating and you've got "Game of the year" written all over it!

Well, look at it from the bright side: at least we'll have enough free time for another year to come! ;-;

Me too. At least it gives me some time to save for a computer which might actually be able to run the game, when it finally gets released.

So we can now expect the game sometime Mid 2015? Minimum Requirements a 16-Core Pentium Zeus 6 ghz. 16 Gigs Ram, 2 gig Radeon Z4XXX / Geforce 12XXX Card, Holo-DVD, and 1 Terrabyte Minimum? ;P

I think the problem is Spore is too ambitious a project. When you think about all they want to do, I think its going to require more resources then what on the table.

Actually I think when it comes to necessary specs it won't be that harsh. As demonstrated by the builds from last year and two years ago it runs on (nowadays) modern hardware. Plus one of the reasons they give that there's another delay is because they want to look at porting it to different consoles. So with such specs in mind... by this time next year I'll certainly be ready. :)
