Warning: None.
Effects: (optional) The feeling of accomplishment and pride.

The hot midday sun continued to beat down against Jensen. He had a baseball cap pulled down over his head and shades over his eyes to protect him from the glare and temperature from the searing sun. The intense heat had reached the point where he was certain that he would be a crisp golden brown when Mother Nature was done with him.

Nevertheless, he remained seated on the wooden bleachers. He felt restless, jackhammering his foot against the row below. A few people turned to look at him, annoyed by the gesture. He would raise a defensive hand in apology and stop, only to resume a few minutes later.

His eyes darted across the field, his gaze trained on one girl who raced across the field. It was obvious that she was the star of the team with the way she handled the ball. Bouncing it off the ground, she passes it towards her teammate as they approached the goal. A hush overcomes everyone off and on the field as another girl kicks the ball towards the goalkeeper of the opposing team.

A whistle sounded, announcing the goal and win of the team in pink.

Jensen let out a whoop, finally getting on his feet and raising his hands to form a cup around his mouth, letting out a loud cheer. "Petunias! Let's go, girls!" The girl from earlier turns towards the grown man and punches the air with a closed fist. He replies with another cheer.

As the crowd dissipates, he waits for her at the bottom row of the bleachers. "Good game out there, kiddo. It's too bad your mom didn't catch it."

She shakes her head. "We can tell her all about it later. She's always at my other games anyway. I'm just glad you were able to come this time!"

Jensen lets out a laugh and takes the girl's hand. "If I'm lucky, maybe I'll be able to see a couple more. Now, how about we celebrate your win with some ice cream. I could really go for some mint chocolate chip right now."

Jensen woke up with a smile on his face. If there was anything he missed most about home, it was probably his niece. Her and the rest of the gang. Yep, after something like that, there was no way this day could end up badly.
