I did! But I can reiterate 'cause there was an event which puzzled Simon, so there you are.
Anyway, Christine and Willow haven't met any of yours which I can remember. This is because I fail.
The event which is puzzling Simon in regards to Sano relates to when Tomo did the deathmatch thing. Simon and Sano parted on ... well, they weren't THE most acrimonious partings that Simon's ever had (I'm afraid "you're disowned" pretty much wins that one!) but Sano can kinda throw steel discs at his head so yeah. What puzzles Simon is that Sano didn't come along and throw discs at Simon. Does he believe he was right in the argument? Uh, yeah, this is Simon. But does he blame Sano for siding with Tomo? Not really. That's just what friends/family do. That is when not punching each other lolz Serenity.
Girl!Naruto, I shall show you the way of the lesbian~
Okay, the only person who's met Cal is Simon who wants to know why the universe saw fit to integrate Inara and Jayne into one person. Which sounds really wrong now that I think on it, so I'll try and explain.
The only person who Simon has encountered who is as blatent about their sexual metaphors is Jayne. However, Cal is also occasionally very insightful, which has always been Inara's territory. Simon finds the combination really weird for lack of a better word.
Christine has met Jak and thought he was a practical sort. She's kinda a little non-plussed at his "we've had this conversation before" and is a little suspicious, but that's about it.
Simon has met Jak and would quite happily have a beer with him. MANLY BONDING AT ITS BEST.
Willow has met Vergil and thinks he's a grumpier version of Angel. Yeaaaaah.
Willow has met Bart. As I mentioned with Buffy, Willow can't not like Bart. He's a hyperactive superkid who means well all the time and is genuinely sweet. That said, he and his teammates represent Buffy leaving Sunnydale to seek life elsewhere. It means that Buffy's leaving Willow too, because Willow can't leave Sunnydale. She has a responsibility to keep the vampire population down, now that she knows about it, and she can't leave. So while she likes Bart, she's kinda sad at what he represents.
Simon has met all three because I am apparently a spammer. lies
Gert is the snarky AU twin who doesn't tell Simon to shut up when he talks about River. Although Simon fails at talking to people, he really appreciates that, because he knows that he must be annoying as hell when it comes to that - I think you mentioned in a previous meme that Gert's aware that this is Simon's way of grieving for River-that-was, and that's the neatest way I've heard it described. He looks out for Gert as best

Sai has met Simon but they really haven't talked in ages.
Twins... have met Willow.
Meme me!
Epros needs to talk to Willow more like WOAH.
Reply
Simon remembers Epros as "the guy who rhymes ALL THE TIME".
Sai and Simon's relationship was pretty much retconned, so I'm not really sure what he thinks about Sai now.
Willow thinks that Sakon and Ukon are kinda nice but a little rough. She's not aware if they've gone through her stuff.
Epros is the neat guy who wants to learn more about magic and will teach Willow. Therefore A++++
