I'm so upset that my stomach hurts

So, my glasses have been held together by tape for some time now, and this morning when I woke up I went to grab them off my window sill and they went flying and so did the arm that was held on by tape! and i couldn't find it! so now they only have one arm and they're even more crooked!!!
