Well, we did not close for rain on Saturday night--we closed for lightning. When your set is a metal scaffolding standing on a wet stage in the middle of a pond...oh, well. in much the way that a car's body will deflect electricity around the interior when hit by lightning, so too will chainmaile. (I've seen it demonstraighted on the science channel. and not by those "mythbuster" morons who are so wrongheaded in every test that they think they have proven that katana could never have cut through another sword (of european manufacture) of the same period by using all museum rep.s weapons.
Support: Hey, great to hear that your shows are going well. I hope that the new stage is providing a large enough audience (especially with tickets rather than donations) to support fully this age old organization! Keep up the good theatre! (I hate when people say "good work" or "great job" about being on stage...if it were work or a job, I wouldn't be doing it. Instead, it's something I love)
