Dearest Internet,

I can make a knitting.  I am making a green scarf.  Thank you so much Hannah for showing me how.  I would also appreciate it very much if, when I decide my scarf is long enough (THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN), Nat and/or Hannah could please show me how to cast off?  This would also be a nice excuse for a girly knitting/talking about

We can all go along at once, it'll be fine. I went along and everyone was perfectly lovely, but all brand-spanking new to knitting. I turned up with the two stitch n' bitch books and that made me eerily prepared/knowledgeable. We can even schedule in a reason we have to leave early, if you're not sure about it/just want to test the waters.

Um, okay. I, too, am a little scared. When and where is it? Is it a university thing? Is it just knitting, talking about knitting, and making friends? Are they all weirdies? You know, in the bad way.
