I agree with you! Instead of going out at the first sign of trouble they bumble around with their heads up their butts. It's ridiculous.
They need to remember that there are families out there being torn apart by this.
Instead of just doing damage control they need to get some people out there in the field and rouse out those damn Death Eaters!

(ooc: It's a sore spot with Rosette too since her parents were killed by Death Eaters and they kidnapped her younger brother. ;_;)

Well, I'm glad someone else sees their nonsense f' wha' it is. T' think they wanted Dadday t' be part o' them. One would think they'd be able t' figure out who has a problem enough wit' Muggles t' wanna kill 'em. And I don' even want t' think about how the Muggles are reactin' t' all this, even if they jus' see it as terrorism, that'll be a problem if they wan' t' catch the people respons'ble f' everythin'.

No kidding! You'd think they'd try to set up a surveilance network of some kind. I know the Death Eaters probably have spies..you'd think we'd do more of the same.
They're like snakes in the grass...randomly pop out of nowhere and start things with innocent people.
I can't wait until I'm an Auror...I'm going to flush 'em out and lock 'em up for good.

Seems like it'd be a no-brainer. Back in th' States we got th' FBI and CIA lookin' out for Muggle threats, so if Muggles have somethin' that works I don' know why th' Ministry wouldn'.

I agree. Why can't the Ministry take care of everyone? They claim to be powerful, but they're not.

Sounds jus' 'bout right. They betta step it up, though, if they expect t' keep the people who gave them their positions happy; it's bad enough they let these Death Eatas gather this kinda trouble.

Seems that's all they can do, be too late t' save folks' lives. ... *sighs* Well, at th' very least it seems like it can't be too long until they find th' people respons'ble...unless they're able t' hide that they're intol'rant, violent bigots.

That's pretty much how the Ministry works. They comfortably sit around on their asses all day waiting for those Death Eaters to just so conveniently fall right into their laps instead of doing their jobs which could actually result in saving innocent lives.

Almos' seems like it righ' now...if I didn' know some people do their jobs in tha' place likely not th' politicians, though, I'd think tha' is all they do. It's infuriatin'.

Yeah, I know a couple actually try to do the job right, but most of them probably even consider lifting a finger to be just a little too difficult for their taste.
