Hay! Don't feel uncomfortable! Post what you want, when you want, and I will always read it!

I am the same about writing and expressing my ideas - they will fall apart, they will become uninteresting to me, whatever. I'm loath to even say "I'm writing" because then it's like the kiss of death, so I just think of it as GETTIN' CRAZY IN WORDPAD. I think it will help to set up a habit of putting words down, though!!

ALSO YELLOW SOCKS ARE NEVER BORING. I want pix!

I LOVE THE ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT ICONS, OMG.

I did worry last night that I might have jinxed myself just by mentioning it, but this morning I spent about 5 minutes jotting things down when I was supposed to be working, so I may have dodged that bullet.

The yellow socks are more or less the most exciting thing right now! Even though I had to frog and restart earlier tonight :-( I am doing the aptly-named Sunshine in this yarn. SO YELLOW.

I don't see what could possibly be ":(" about that! YAY PURPLE YARN.

I went there on Friday (yes, the day it opened, I was going to put it off till this week but I couldn't wait!) and bought purple with orange-ish yarn and blue-purple-gold amazing technicolor dreamyarn. AND a measuring tape that looks like a turtle. And on the same day I got a box in the mail with the yellow sock yarn and a couple other yarns I had ordered. And that's after buying two other skeins of sock yarn in Eureka Springs, plus getting one skein of sock yarn for my birthday.

...I might have a problem.

I got this Malabrigo in velvet grapes, weep weep. I love your yarn haul though, especially the purple/orange.
