Will the new table slot slot interfere with Lord Darcy's Maxis centerpiece mod?

Nope, it shouldn't. I have the centerpiece mod in as well and didn't notice anything wonky.

Edit: I was curious so I went and looked at LordDarcy's mod. The mod itself modifies BHAVs, none of my overrides on tables do that. So there shouldn't be any interference.

Awesome, thank you! Quick question though, are the extra slots automatically added to furniture already in lots, or will I need to sell stuff and rebuy it?

As it just an override, I want to say it'll be added but you can never predict EAxis logic on somethings. I'll run a test when I go in game later today. I should have some maxis furniture on a lot somewhere in Forgotten Bay.

Edit: Just went poking in Forgotten Bay and every EAxis object I tried, worked. So it should have the slots in there on previously placed objects. :)
