Ed's currently waiting outside his apartment building for Chrono and Shader to collect their elder sibling.

He hasn't been back for long; just long enough to picture a few ways the encounter could go. Mostly involving Aion trying to find ways to strangle him for tattling.

Chrono and Shader walk up to where Ed is waiting. "Hi Ed," Shader says. "Chrono said Aion had Pandaemonium in his head--but he didn't mention if Aion also had Mary's talents. Do you know exactly what kind of lol it was?"

Ed takes a moment to think back. "He said that the LOL had to do with his 'greatest fear' which is apparently Pandaemonium playing mind invaders with him again. And while he did mention that Mary had precognition, I don't remember if he said he's got it 'on loan' so to speak."

"I guess we'll find out when we get to your apartment then," Chrono says.

"I guess so." Ed pops in the code at the panel by the door before opening it and going through, holding it open so the others could get in before going down the short hallway to his apartment.

"Wonderful," Aion says, somewhat sourly.

"Don't worry Aion," Chrono says. "Not all the stories would be about
you. A lot of them, but not all."

"Oh thanks," Aion said, and struggled to his feet. He sways slightly.
"I really hate this," he mutters.

"I don't think the Nexus cares if those who fall victim to the more annoying LOLs like them," Ed points out.

"Well, at least your not a head floating in a tank?" Shader asks tentatively.

Aion's eyes closed. "Yes, I suppose I should be relieved about that. Especially with that eye-demon wandering around."

Ed stares at them blankly. "Eye demon?"

[sinner01]

"Aion avoids gardens, in case he gets asked to pull weeds," Shader says.

"You know, what would really complete the day would be the
two of you telling Ed stories from our childhood," Aion says.

Ed gives Aion a smile with just a hint of teeth. "Really."

[sinner01]

"Really," Chrono says. "And guess who had to be 'the responsible one' who had to keep an eye on him?"

"You got into trouble too," Aion mutters.

[haganenomore]

"Well, considering which one of you Shader told me would be least likely to cause me problems that time she sent me after the both of you, I can guess."

[sinner01]

"But acts like he does, right? I know the type," Shader said. "Chrono lost his eye and his arm, and just about killed himself trying to get to Rosette before she died."

"It was important," Chrono said, defensively.

Ed rubs at his face. "Fortunately, there's no need to worry about him trying to do anything that drastic any time soon."

"Well that's good," Aion says. He's trying very hard not to 'look' in that direction, in case something horrible was going to happen. "I'm sure he'll recover soon, even if he doesn't have your advantages."

"Mmm. If we have to, I think there'd be a lot of people willing to sit on him to make sure he doesn't fuck things up." Ed shakes his head. "Time to steer the subject elsewhere, I think."
