[Daitetsu is in the sickbay, nursing a laser wound to his shoulder. He's toughing it out as best he can, but the nurses on duty refuse to bring him some alchohol, and they won't let him leave, either, despite his claims that he feels fine.]

You've been really stepping up lately, Tetsuya. I think you're more than qualified to move up...captain your own battleship.

I, er...can't say I'm as confident in my abilities as you are, though.

[Daitetsu pours a some of the bottle he got from Tasuku into a cup, and offers it.]
