I could see a few characters fitting your application, but I narrowed it down to Russell Tringham and Ed. I think I'm going to go with an Ed vote though! The three words you used to describe yourself as well as your "And/Or" answers seem very fitting with his character to me. :)

I'm seeing Roy Mustang myself. The way you write your application seems very Roy-esque, very.... matter-of-fact and easy to read. Then, the And/Or section, the answers say Roy to me.
