Which is best, the manga or the anime? never read the manga, so I am going to go with anime

Leader or follower? I would rather be a follower because I don't like giving orders, however if my group is falling behind, I will step up and take charge to get it done
Cool and collected or emotional? depends on the situation- I try to keep a cool and collected appearance, but with close friends and when I am alone, I can tend to be quite emotional
