Summary: I seriously don’t know how to summarize but let’s just say Yabu was attracted to Inoo Kei when they met on the way to Yabu’s fiancé’s bachelorette’s party.
A/N: It’s because I got the idea at once so yeah…
“I heard that there’s gonna be a new employee here” Miyadate said to Inoo while waiting for Miki to lock the door of their workplace that night.
“Really?”
“and it’s a girl. Since I’m the only masseuse, I heard the boss talking about getting another one” Miki place the key into her bag and pat the two boys’ back.
“This will be interesting. I do hope she is cutee~” Miyadate clasped his palms together.
“You playboy” Miki whacked his head.
“hey, atleast I’m not gonna hit on a married person” Miyadate said back, then he realized what he said and look at Inoo. He didn’t mean it. “I’m sorry Inoochan, it was on impulse, like an automatic train of thoughts” He tried to explain. Though the train of thoughts are actually about Inoo and Yabu.
“It’s alright, Miyadate” Inoo smiled slightly. Although he feels kind of offended, it’s not like he said it on purpose. And Miki whacked Miyadate once more.
“You guys have been calling me ‘miyadate’ lately, it’s too troublesome. Just call me Ryota, Really” Miyadate insisted and half whined.
Miki tilted her head and made eye contact with Inoo.
“Well, I guess we could get used to that. How about ‘RyoBaka’, Inoo-san?” Miki asked playfully.
“Wonderful! Wonderful nickname!” Inoo joins in Miki’s teasing.
“Ha, ha, well sooner or later you guys gonna have to call me Ryota anyways” Miyadate rolled his eyes and was about to walk away but saw a familiar person coming out of his car. “Inoo…”He called out.
Miki and Inoo’s conversation was cut off when Miyadate called him out then Inoo saw Yabu walking towards them.
“…Good evening” Yabu smiled, kind of feeling awkward.
It was silence for a moment until Miki spoke out. “Oh, there’s my husband, good night everyone” She smiled at them. “Good night, Yabu-kun” She said lastly before walking across the street to her husband.
“good night” Yabu replied.
“I’m gonna head home” Miyadate decided. “Good night Inoochan, Yabu-kun” He gave them a small smile and pats Inoo’s shoulder.
“what are you doing out here? Does Minami know?” Inoo asked.
“It’s fine. She fell asleep and left a message that I’m going to Hikaru’s for a bit. I told Hikaru to cover for me for a while” Yabu answered. It wasn’t easy to convince Hikaru to help him up for the sake of seeing Inoo even just for a while. But he got him to help him anyways and he hadn’t seen Inoo after that confession at the park and that was 5 days ago.
“… You should know better than getting people involved in all this” Inoo scolded a bit.
“I won’t take long, swear” Yabu made a peace sign. “We hardly contact eachother and I… miss you, that’s all” Yabu admitted.
No matter how worried he was that Yabu left Minami like that, he was so happy he get to see Yabu and it hurts him a bit that he couldn’t see him all day. “I miss you too” Inoo replied.
“come on, I’ll drive you home” Yabu offered.
Before Inoo could protest, Yabu grab his hand and drag him to the car. It didn’t take a long time to get to Inoo’s place, but Inoo couldn’t help but blush because while Yabu was driving, his other hand was holding Inoo’s, He did his best to hide his embarrassment whenever they were talking. He seriously felt like a real couple when Yabu held his hand. And what’s more, it was the first time they both ever held hands together.
“Thanks for the ride” Inoo said after the both of them got off the car.
Yabu smiled in responds and he held Inoo’s hand but Inoo shook his hand away instantly. Inoo didn’t even realize it himself. It was instinct.
“I-I’m sorry, Kou… It was… I didn’t mean to do that… just… we’re outside and all” Inoo reasoned out.
Yabu understood Inoo’s feelings perfectly, but unlike Inoo, he was sure Minami wasn’t there. and he wants Inoo to feel calm as him. He stepped a bit closer and rest his forehead against Inoo’s to make Inoo look him in the eye, without saying anything he slowly and gently took Inoo’s hand and Intertwined their fingers together.
“Nobody can see us here… trust me” Yabu stated.
Hearing that from Yabu, Inoo nodded and gave a light squeeze to Yabu’s hand. Then both of them walked up the stairs. On the way, Yabu stopped so as Inoo and Yabu look around; since they’re at the stairway he thought it was okay so he lean forward and Kiss Inoo on the lips, making Inoo giggled.
“You couldn’t wait till we go in, huh?” Inoo asked, Not breaking the kiss.
“I did say that I miss you, Kei” Yabu replied and kissed him again, gently for sure, his free hand reached up to Inoo’s neck, drawing him closer to the kiss.
“Un…Kou” Inoo moaned lightly and reply to Yabu’s kisses. The kiss turn passionate as time goes by, neither wants to break from eachother. Inoo planned to just have a short kiss, but since Yabu is kissing him so lovingly it made him reply instantly, but Inoo came to sense that they’re still outside so broke the kiss reluctantly.
“Sorry… we uh… let’s go in first” Inoo said between breaths.
“Yeah…” Yabu agreed and cleared his throat.
When they reach the 3rd floor, they saw a boy sitting infront of Inoo’s door, and Inoo quickly let go of Yabu’s hand.
“Haru” Inoo called out. ‘What’s he doing here?’ Inoo thought. Kind of unexpected to see him there.
“ah, oniichan!” The little boy stood up and hug Inoo surprisingly. Yabu had this question mark surrounding his head, as much as he is disappointed Inoo letting go of his hand, he felt curious about the little boy. And calling Inoo oniichan, could it be his brother?
“Haru, what are you doing here? And it’s late night” Inoo asked, kneeling on the floor so that he’s on the same level as Haru.
The little boy bit his lips, not wanting to answer then he look up at the person behind Inoo and his expression changed to a death glare one. Even Yabu backed away for a little bit.
The three of them got into Inoo’s apartment, while Inoo was making hot cocoa for Haru (Haru has a bagpack with him and brought hot cocoa and asked Inoo to make it for him) and getting juice for Yabu. Haru and Yabu are sitting on the tatami floor facing eachother, though Haru only keep staring at Yabu as if he wants to murder him.
“Here” Inoo place their drinks on the table. “This is Inoo Haru by the way. He’s my nephew” He introduced the little boy to Yabu. “Haru, this is Yabu kota…” He paused for a bit. “My friend”
“I don’t like him” Haru said instantly. And the tension becomes awkward.
‘This little midget’ Yabu cursed in his mind.
“anyways… what are you doing here?... did something happen at home?” Inoo asked worriedly.
Haru grab the cup and took a sip. “I don’t wanna talk about it” He murmured.
“Haru… yours parents would get worried that you ran away from home. It’s not a good thing to do” Inoo said and guessed Haru right since he flinched a little when he mentioned runaway.
“I don’t think they’d care. Well… I couldn’t care less too” Haru stated. He took out his Mickey mouse toy, hugging it then laying down the floor, showing that he didn’t want to talk about it.
“Haru”
“good night, oniichan” Haru closed his eyes.
“what a brat” Yabu mouthed voicelessly. “Well, I gotta go home now” He stood up and walked to the door. “Nice to meet you, Haru”
“whatever” Haru replied.
Yabu felt like hugging that lil kid till he cries for his parents. The both of them went out of Inoo’s apartment.
“Sorry about Haru” Inoo apologized.
“it’s fine… what’s wrong with him anyways, besides, how old is he?” Yabu asked.
“He’s 8 years old. I don’t know what’s wrong yet. Maybe something going on at home” Inoo answered.
“Oh…well… goodnight, Kei” He lean forward and peck Inoo’s lips and place his hands around Inoo, hugging him tightly.
“Goodnight, Kou” Inoo responded.
“If anything happens, call me okay” He said worryingly and Inoo nodded. “I love you” He whispers against Inoo’s ear.
Inoo smiled automatically. “I love you too” He said, though somewhere in his heart he’s in pain to know if Yabu still say that to Minami.
After Yabu left, Inoo went back to his apartment, he lock the door and took off his shoes. He saw Haru laying down on the tatami floor.
“Haru. Don’t sleep there. I’ll set a futon for you” He said and grab a futon out from the closet and set it beside Haru.
“Haru” Inoo called out and brush Haru’s hair with his hand. Then all of the sudden Haru sat up, not letting go of his Mickey mouse and teary eyes, shocking Inoo.
“Mama and Papa doesn’t love me anymoreee!!!!!!” Haru bursted out crying.
“Ha-Haru?”
“They love Fuyu more than me! They always play with fuyu and leave me alone!!” and Haru cried like a baby.
“… Haru” Inoo pulled Haru into a hug. Fuyu is Haru’s 5 year old sister. Inoo has to admit, ever since Fuyu was born, all his older brother and wife could ever talk about is Fuyu, even when they call eachother or texting; they talk more about Fuyu than Haru. Inoo wanted to talk them out for putting Haru aside when they had lunch the last time but he didn’t have the rights to. for so long, he guessed that Haru is already at his limits and ran off to him.
“There, there, Haru. Shhhh” He pat Haru’s back gently and doing his best to calm him down.

Inoo groaned when he heard the knock on the door. it was still way too early for him to wake up, he grab his cellphone to look at the time. 7.04am. Then he look to his side, Haru’s back facing him and still asleep. He yawned for a bit before getting up to open the door.
“Kou” He mumbled when he open to door.
“Good morning darling” Yabu greeted playfully and step in to hug Inoo.
“Murnin” He muttered, keeping himself awake.
“Oh… that boy is still here” Yabu pointed out.
“Yeah… he’ll be here for a while I guess…” Inoo yawned again. Yabu let go of him and Inoo close the door. “You’re going to work?” Inoo asked since Yabu was wearing a suit.
“Yup. But I decided to stop by and see you first” Yabu said.
“Good morning”
The both of them turn around to see Haru, already awake, then Haru’s stomach grumbled. “I’m hungry” He said.
“Oh, I’ll make breakfast then” Inoo stated.
Knock, Knock, Knock
Inoo scratched the back of his head with his hand. “wonder who could that be” he muttered and walked to the door.
“Ah, obaasan, good morning” Inoo greeted. It was one of the neighborhoods.
“Good morning, Inoo-kun” the old lady smiled at him.
Yabu smiled at Haru. Haru blinked his eyes, once, twice.
“You’re so ugly” Haru commented and walk pass Yabu to the kitchen.
Yabu twitched his upper lip, restraining himself from grabbing that kid and tossing him out of the apartment. “Aw~ let’s be friends” Yabu suggested, still trying to be good to the boy. He ruffled the boy’s hair.
“Don’t touch me” Haru hissed.
“gosh! You’re an adorable little shrip!” Yabu said and ruffled his hair more which let to Haru to anger and he bit Yabu’s hand, not even letting go.
“….” Yabu was speechless. “Let go of me” He said plainly. But Haru still bit onto his hand. “You brat” He continued.
Haru then let go of Yabu’s hand. “You taste like poop” He wipes his lips with the back of his hand.
Yabu really wanted to toss him out then they heard the door shut.
“My neighbor gave this to me” Inoo said, carrying a bag of tomatoes. “She got it from her family farm” He added and put it on the table in the kitchen.
“Yey~ Tomatoes~” Haru cheered happily.
“Oh yeah, you like tomatoes ne, Haru” Inoo remembered. “I’ll make dinner with tomatoes later then”
“Can I have tomato juice for breakfast too?” Haru asked.
“Sure” Inoo nodded. “Kou, You want some?”
“…Naah” Yabu wave his hand. “I’m full”
But Inoo noticed something wrong with Yabu. “What’s wrong, Kou?”
“…Nothing…”
“You don’t like tomato?” Inoo guessed and Yabu nodded.
“…You’re the worse adult I’ve ever met” Haru stated.

Kei, My son left a note that he’s running
away from home. I texted mom and dad
and he’s not there. I even text aunt Sayuko
to see if he’s there. Then I thought, he
likes talking to you I thought maybe he’s
with you. Please tell me so I could pick
him up. Suzumi and I are worried sick. We
Couldn’t sleep all night thinking about him.
Inoo sigh after reading the text from his older brother. Ofcourse they’d get worried sick. He even told Haru about the text but Haru wasn’t ready to go home yet; he still hasn’t forgiven his parents. He didn’t even want to go to school. So Inoo had to bring him to work. Miki was kind enough to accompany him when Inoo has clients. Inoo replied to his brother’s text that Haru’s with him and told him that Haru didn’t want to go home yet.
“Ne, oniichan. Why do you like guys?” Haru asked that night when Inoo was cooking dinner for them. Inoo almost fell hearing that question.
“What do you mean?” Inoo asked.
“I heard Mama talking on the phone with her friend, and say that you like guys” Haru answered. Yabu happened to be there listening to their conversation, though he pretended playing with his cellphone. He himself is curious afterall.
Inoo hated this. He trusted his older brother, Shin, and he bound to tell his wife eventually of his family but he didn’t trust the wife. Women tend to gossip to one another and he hated being talk about.
“Can guys have boyfriends then? And girls have girlfriends?” Haru asked.
Yabu sat up, and saw Inoo’s face from where he is. Inoo seem uneasy about it. And that question is just too much.
“Seriously, Haru, what kind of a boy carry a pink towel around?” Yabu pick up the towel from Haru’s bag between his finger and thumb as if he feels disgusting.
“What kind of an adult who doesn’t like tomato? No, you’re not an adult to begin with” Haru retorted. Yabu twitched his lip again for the nth time that day, that boy sure knows how to piss him off.
“Oniichan, let’s have tomato juice, tomato side dish, tomato curry rice and tomato omelet” Haru suggested.
Although Yabu hates Tomato, it was all worth it. Atleast he got Haru to talk about something else and forgot about the whole thing throughout the night.
“It’s okay oniichan. I’m not troubled at all. I’ll try to talk to him about coming home” Inoo said on the phone when Inoo’s brother apologizes tons of times and he had to get out of his apartment so that Haru wouldn’t feel uncomfortable. “All he wants is you and suzumi’s attention… you both keep siding him… and he felt unloved by both of you only caring about Fuyu”
“We know we’re at fault and we want him back and apologize to him, Kei. Suzumi’s been crying and blaming herself. And Fuyu wants her older brother back… please… let us make it up to him…Please let us see him” Shin pleaded.
Although Inoo respects Haru’s decision, his parents feels bad already. And if Haru doesn’t want to see them then when will he?

“What are they doing here?” Haru asked when his father and younger sister enters Inoo’s apartment.
“They’re your family, Haru” Yabu bent over and whisper to Haru’s ear. “I’ll be leaving” He said and went out of the apartment. Once Yabu leave, Inoo close the door.
“niichan!” Fuyu ran towards Haru and hug him.
“Haru…” Shin started, he kneel down to face Haru.
“Why did oniichan leave? niichan hates Fuyu?” Fuyu looks up to her brother. Not letting him go.
“Please come home with us, Haru” Shin begged. “Mama couldn’t stop crying… she even got sick and grandma is with her right now”
“Mama… is sick?” Haru couldn’t believe it. He didn’t know his mother could miss him this much, after all the attention she gave to Fuyu, he got sick because of him.
“Yes… and she wants to see you, Haru” Shin answered.
“But… why? Mama and papa always leave me alone… it’s always fuyu, Fuyu, Fuyu! I don’t believe you!” Haru angered, Fuyu even let go of him.
“It’s true haru, mama miss you terribly and So does papa” Shin grabbed Haru’s hand but Haru shook it away.
“LIAR!” Haru shouted and throw his backpack at his father.
“I’m not lying, Haru” Shin said again. “Please, forgive us”
“No! You both never love me anyways! You have Fuyu already to make you happy!”
“We love both you and Fuyu, Haru” Shin corrected him.
“Niichan…”
Both Shin and Haru look to the side at Fuyu who is already crying. “Fuyu loves niichan” She sniffed. “Fuyu feels lonely without niichan”
“…Fuyu…” All of the sudden, the sight of his sister crying ach him inside and it made him feel bad.
“Papa and mama also feel lonely without niichan” She cried out.
“S-stop crying, Fuyu” Haru said, he felt tears coming out of his eyes.
“Fuyu wants niichan to come back home-“
Fuyu’s sentence was cut off when Haru pulled her into a hug. “… Niichan was always so jealous of Fuyu… But niichan feels lonely without Fuyu” Haru said. “I’m sorry, Fuyu” He apologized. “niichan will never leave you again”
Shin smiled at the scene. Inoo envied them. Their sibling relationship. When he was young, he, his older brother and younger sisters are always fighting… which one to take a bath first… he has to admit he miss those youthful moments.
“Let’s go home.. ne, Haru, Fuyu?” Shin smiled at both his children. And both of them nodded. Haru packed his stuff and Fuyu saw his older brother picking things up, she saw Haru’s Pink towel and picked it up.
“Niichan” She handed it to him.
Haru look down at his towel then to his little sister. “Fuyu can have it”
“…Really?” Her eyes sparkle although it was red from crying.
“Yeah… it’s too girly for me anyway” Haru commented, though he remembered Yabu teasing him about it.
“Let’s go” Shin stated and lend his hands out to both of them and when Fuyu reached for her father’s hand Haru snatched Fuyu’s hand. “I’ll take care of her” Haru said.
Shin smiled at that. Letting both his children walk together. “the car is-“
“I know, it’s the blue car” Haru cut the sentence off before helping Fuyu putting on her shoes and leaving the building, Then they pass by Yabu outside.
“Oh… so cuttteeeeee” Yabu squealed when he saw Haru holding Fuyu’s hand and not to mention Fuyu was so cute, Yabu feels like dying.
“Didn’t know you actually have a heart” Yabu teased Haru.
“You’re not so bad yourself” Haru said back. “You’d make a good boyfriend for oniichan”
“Wait, what?” Yabu was surprised by Haru’s remark. How did he know?
“Just because I’m 8, doesn’t mean I don’t know what’s going on” Haru said.
“This oniichan is really ikemen” Fuyu pointed at Yabu and Yabu scoffed, feeling flattered inside.
“You’re a cutie yourself you know. Were you crying, princess?” He asked when he noticed Fuyu’s red eyes and fuyu nodded.
“Idiot!” Yabu playfully whack Haru’s head. “Never make a girl cry!”
“I’m sorry for all the trouble, Kei” Shin apologized.
“For the nth Oniichan, it’s okay… afterall… it wa nice having him around for a while” Kei admitted. “Though I’m worried he’ll turn into a overprotective older brother to fuyu one day”
“Me too” Shin agreed.
“Well… I guess now you learn your lesson to love both of your children” Inoo said.
“Yeah… don’t worry. Me and my wife will take good care of them” Shin made sure. “And oh… Who is that?” He pointed at Yabu, who is talking with Haru and Fuyu.
“A…friend” Inoo answered.
“…Really?” He squints his eyes at Inoo. He knows Inoo too well afterall.
“Yes, Really” Inoo reassured.
“Okay… Well…Thanks for taking care of Haru” He smiled at Inoo before leaving. Then Haru came back upstairs, running towards Inoo and hug him.
“Thank you oniichan” He said.
“It’s okay, Haru~” Inoo ruffled Haru’s hair. “I’ll see you again sometime”
“Definitely” Haru grinned. “I’ll call you and we can go out to the amusement park together with Fuyu”
“Sure, Haru” Inoo laughed.
Haru waved at Inoo from the stairs and went down. Then Inoo look at them going to the car from upstairs. Haru saw him and waved at him again and Inoo waved back.
“Wow… what a night” Yabu sigh after seeing the car leave.
“Yeah…” Inoo nodded.
“…You okay?” Yabu asked, leaning his back against the railing.
Inoo nodded.
“I’m gonna miss that little brat” Yabu admitted.
“Well, you can see him again in the summer since I always go to their place in the summer” Inoo suggested and Yabu chuckled.
“About Haru’s questions…” Yabu began.
Inoo look up at Yabu. “What question?”
“You know… just now before dinner” Yabu hinted.
“Oh…” Inoo remembered.
“I was curious too… But If you don’t want to talk about it-“
“No, I want to” Inoo cut him off.
“…I don’t know how I end up being this way” Inoo began. “Why I like guys… Why I’m gay… I was already like this before I could even ask that about myself. I was about Haru’s age when I realize it. I couldn’t even tell the guy I like that I like him during elementary school. Then during my junior high and high school times I was always being picked on, I don’t even know how they found out that I’m gay… maybe I just give of a gay vibe… I hated myself then… I wanted to suicide… I blamed myself” Inoo paused then he look up to the night sky.
“I blamed god…” He continued. “I hated…god… for making me this way” Then he remembered his parents. “I even told my parents I’m gay and I couldn’t help it, so I asked them for help. I went to see doctors, therapists… even the priests. And monks… nothing works…” then before Inoo realize it he felt the ache in his heart, just reminiscing the past feels so painful.
“and sometimes I think… the more I hate god, the more I’m punished. Into being…this way. So as much as I hate god I have to not to. It was hard… My teenage life was miserable. Even with my parents and siblings approvable, I still feel miserable…” Inoo didn’t realize he was clenching the railing hard.
“Then one day I decided go to Shinjuku niichome… and get drunk. And that’s where I met Shunsuke”
“Shunsuke?” Yabu asked.
“Daito Shunsuke, My ex boyfriend…” Inoo answered. “We met at a bar and he came over and talk to me. And I ended up not drinking at all. He accompanied me the whole night and after a year, he asked me to be his boyfriend. We only dated for a year and a half until He decided to break up with me because he was seeing a girl. And now they’re married. I was hurt then, yet if it weren’t because of him, I wouldn’t be in one piece”
“… I didn’t know… you had to go through all that” Yabu managed to say after listening to Inoo’s stories.
“… Yeah” Inoo nodded.
“How do you feel now?” He asked.
“…Now? … I guess better than the past… still trying to love god… “Inoo chuckled for a bit in the end.
Yabu felt bad about Inoo’s history. But past is past and he can’t change it. He felt even worse for making Inoo his secret lover. He already felt guilty in the beginning but it seems that this one hit him big and he felt terrible. Inoo seems like he’s used to pain but Yabu didn’t want him to be in pain forever. He wants to fix it, he wants to make Inoo happy no matter what he is. He place his hands around Inoo’s shoulder from the back, hugging him tightly and not wanting to let him go. It hurts him to know that he’s hurting Inoo.
“Kou…?” Inoo turn his face to the side and he could feel Yabu’s face closer to his. And the way Yabu is hugging him…
“… Do you feel lonely now?” He asked.
Inoo bit his lips before answering. “…No…” He raises his hand to touch Yabu’s hands. “I have you…” Inoo turn around so that he’s facing Yabu then he lean forward and kiss him on the lips.
Yabu circle his hands around Inoo’s waist and pull him closer to deepen the kiss. They broke the kiss and look eachother in the eyes. They got into Inoo’s apartment and without saying anything they continue kissing. The kiss was getting intimate and Somehow Inoo could feel himself getting hard so as Yabu. Inoo broke the kiss and blush.
Yabu look at Inoo’s eyes understandingly, he caresses Inoo’s cheek with his thumb gently. “It’s okay if you don’t want to…” Yabu hinted.
Inoo blushed even more. “No… I want to…” He place his hands around Yabu’s neck and pull him into a kiss.
Without breaking the kiss Yabu pushed Inoo to the futon. Luckily the futon was there when Haru was laying around. Yabu kissed Inoo softly at first, his right hand still on Inoo’s cheek. He deepened the kiss and felt Inoo’s hands sliding down to his chest. Yabu broke the kiss and gaze into Inoo’s eyes.
“Kei…” Yabu whisper before he gave kisses to Inoo’s cheek then to his jaw line then lower to his neck, his skin was always so soft, so pale, it was tantalizing Yabu to see more of Inoo, to kiss him more, mark him and he wants Inoo to only show that to him. Then his hand finds its way to the hem of Inoo’s shirt then he pulled it up gently and Inoo got the hint and took it off. Yabu has never seen Inoo’s body, but Inoo has seen his so it made his heart skip a beat, Inoo is sure pale and he has a mole somewhere at his collarbone and his chest.
Inoo’s heart beats faster now that he’s half naked infront of Yabu but it didn’t stop him at all. he trusted Yabu afterall and he couldn’t help but moan when he felt Yabu’s lips against his collarbone and his chest. Yabu place kisses to Inoo’s collarbone, his chest then to his nipple. Inoo moaned louder at the touch he has never felt in such a long time. He felt too hard already. Yabu proceeded to Inoo’s other nipple and does the same thing. The sounds and the way Inoo replied to his touches were turning him on even more. It’s not like he’s comparing to Minami but he finds this way more enticing.
“Kou…” Inoo moaned.
