I'm with you all the way on the renewable resources - why, why, why must people be so short-sighted nd stupid! I'm so ashamed to be from North America, from a Province that 'depends' on the oil industry, no less! And right now I'm living in one of the most polluted countries in the world! I just keep wondering when it will be too late, and we'll all find ourselves living under 'brown clouds'. Right now I'm just thankful that the nearby typhoon is blowing away the smog, etc. But God only knows where one recycles in China, but I've seen old people (sorry, you lose al political correctness when you live in China/Russia for a long time) wandering the streets collecting bottles, so I'm forcing my roommate to not throw out her bottles either, so we can give them to someone, and hopefully they won't end up burning in a landfill, filling the air with toxins, and killing even more people with resperitory disease than is even happening now. Ha! You can't even convince people that way - look, everyone, if you don't stop polluting now (didn't we ( ... )
