well Ive finished my first draft of my first proper attempt at a ficlet. Im unhappy with most of it, unsure about the rest. Im quite happy with the subject of it though, Ive trawled through ff.net and no one else has any similar ideas. The character its about isnt really a popular one though, so ive decided she'd be a comparatively easy one to do

Well I seriously doubt you've written a load of shite - I've seen a little of your stuff before and it KIXed much more butt than 99% of the stuff on ff.net.

I'm looking forward to reading it. I love love love trying to find ways to smoothe out an errant sentence or pin down a simile. Though tell me if I'm mean or something, won't you?

And I think it's weird how little reviews reflect the actual value of a fic. Kinda sad, really, if that truly is what some reviewers think of as good fiction.
