uwahhhhh. @_@ Too awesome. I love the 'he's every body' day, and how this is somewhat written like a children's story but not at all. xD And the ending, wonderful. Great that Batman finally fell and Joker laughing while bleeding to death.. @_@ beautiful~
Jesus. That was good. I loved that you combined bits from the comics into Nolanverse. That was just an excellent piece of writing... and the last section of it totally tugged on my heartstrings.
Thank you! I love Nolan!verse Joker so much, I have a really hard time being mutually exclusive to one canon XD Luckily, The Joker isn't exactly a character too big on continuity.
He's not pathetic, he's so entirely un-pathetic that Joker doesn't know what to do with himself sometimes, and he loves Batman for it, he wants to marry the guy. Except he also hates said guy, and he'd want nothing more than to watch one, single bullet squish him right between the eyes.
And you've done a great job of blending Nolanverse!Joker and Comicverse!Joker together--with the multiple personalities thing a la A Serious House on Serious Earth. Great job! Loved it.
You know, I just got in Serious House on Serious Earth from Amazon, that was a lot of my inspiration for this. So I'm so glad you mentioned that, that makes me feel like my goal was a little met, at least XD
My Joker!muse has been very loud lately, I'm not sure I can leave it at just one, to be honest, heee. I'm at the very least going to be RPing him like a fiend as of late.

Hahaha, I love your icon. That's actually how I heard about Santogold in the first place, when Mark danced to it on SYTYCD. Guh.
