my moms getting surgery in august, and she keeps watching shows about surgeries gone wrong.. how the anesthetics wore off during surgery enough to feel it taking place, but not enough so these women could say anything to the doctors about it. their words were paralyzed in their mouths.

how amazingly scary.

Kramer and Jerry go to watch Elaine's boyfriend (or something) get routine surgery. Kramer brings Junior Mints to the 'show' and tries to force Jerry to have one. The Junior Mint is then flung in the minor scuffle and lands in Elaine's boyfriend's (or something) body cavity.
