hi ginger! kendra and i were just talking about the auction, and we thought it would be great to have it during the show instead of a silent auction. for example, the program would be sort of... one performance, one item to be auctioned, one performance, two items, etc. that way, anyone who comes to the show can't avoid the auction, and a live auction is usually more exciting than a silent one. we can give people those little number sign things that they hold up, and each person who takes a number must give us his/her name, phone number, address, etc. (verified with driver's license), so they can't just play around with bids and then run away after the show. what do you think
